Expert Data Recovery Services For Ingrasys NAS Storage Devices
Ingraysys is a worldwide provider of storage media. Their NAS devices faithfully serve a variety of client companies spread across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Ingraysys storage is ideally suited for businesses that are small or medium-sized; their hardware typically uses either JBOD or RAID 5 architecture.
Of course, even the most reliable storage system may fail from time to time, and Ingrasys systems are no exception. We understand how costly data loss can be, and that's why we offer full data recovery service for all classes of Ingrasys NAS. The operating system, configuration, and other details don't matter to us -- we can always help. If you have an Ingrasys issue, get in touch with us by calling 0800 999 3282.
In the vast majority of cases, Ingrasys NAS systems are powered by web-accessible NAStorage tools. That means that you or your IT professional should be able to boot NAStorage and see error messages or alerts in the system log or device log when data loss is a possibility. Any information that you can relay to our engineers will be extremely helpful in recovering your data; we'll be able to provide more accurate estimates for both turnaround time and overall cost with this information.
Your Network Attached Storage (NAS) device is an essential element of your network. It stores crucial data and a failure can drastically affect the way your organization operates. Call us today at 0800 999 3282 to get started with your unique case.
Using NAStorage is very easy. You just need to click "Event and Log" to review critical events that may be causes of concern. The program discriminates between errors and warnings, allowing you to view either group individually. All you need to do is select the appropriate category from the menu in the upper right corner of your screen.
These automated alerts should notify you of the most common trouble spots, such as hard drive failures and overheating issues. The automated system will also let you know when unforeseen circumstances or user mistakes have caused RAID array configuration errors.
Unfortunately, data loss without Ingrasys notification is possible in certain circumstances. For instance, low-level data corruption can cause individual files or folders to disappear in Explorer. Sometimes files and folders may be visible but not accessible. The best policy in such situations is to deactivate the storage array as soon as possible and contact an R3 engineer.
On Ingrasys NAS systems using JBOD for storage, redundancy is not built into the system. If a single drive fails, permanent data loss is a distinct possibility. If you're using an Ingrasys NAS with JBOD, when you suffer a drive failure you shouldn't attempt RAID data recovery procedures or try to turn the NAS on. It's quite possible to retrieve all of the data that's gone missing in a scenario like this, but every moment of continued NAS operation makes the odds of full recovery worse.
An Ingrasys NAS system will usually provide many different notifications of pending data loss. These include error messages, banner alerts, event logs, and other sorts of odd behavior. Keep a record of any and all events that suggest server data loss; you should also record any and all steps taken to recover data. Attempting to rebuild a failed RAID array is a common step in this situation; make sure you preserve a record of any such attempts. Copious records can mean the difference between permanent data loss and successful recovery.
If your NAS device fails, contact our team of experts at 0800 999 3282 for immediate help and assistance.
Our trained RAID engineers are ready and willing to diagnose storage failures in any circumstances. They have dealt with hundreds of different issues with a wide variety of servers and configurations; our engineers are usually capable of gathering enough data to provide accurate cost and turnaround time estimates from you answers to their questions.
Solid quotes regarding the total cost and time required to repair Ingrasys NAS hard drives do require laboratory analysis, though. The hard drives themselves are usually sufficient to start the repair process. Shipping the drives is not difficult; our engineers can easily explain the necessary requirements. As soon as the drives are in our possession, we will complete an exhaustive evaluation immediately. We will, though, wait for your approval prior to initiating any data recovery work, in order to ensure that both the cost and the turnaround time meet with your approval.
We work on your drives in a Class 3 clean room using the latest and most effective techniques in data recovery. We know all of our clients require the most complete possible data recovery, and we strive to use the most effective cutting-edge technologies available for NAS data recovery. We offer all of our clients a "no data, no charge" guarantee.
R3 has been in the business of data recovery since 2011. We have diagnosed, repaired, and recovered data from hundreds of Ingrasys servers in the years since then. In most cases with Ingrasys NAS servers, we're able to recover over 97% of our clients' data. We can also have our clients' hardware shipped back within 48 hours with priority service.
NAS failures require immediate treatment. You need fast, secure results, and R3 offers the solutions you need to effectively maintain your network after any type of failure. If you'd like to learn more or speak directly with an engineer, please call us at 0800 999 3282
I lost my data after inadvertently deleting my hard drive instead of my wife’s micro SD card in her phone. This was late at night after putting in some serious hours so I can only assume I was over tired and not really thinking. I right clicked the drive I thought was my wife’s card, it asked if I wanted to format it, I said ok and renamed it. A few seconds passed and I took out the SD card put it in the phone and the photos were still there. It took me a few moments to realise what I had done. When I went to the drive that held ten years work there was nothing there and it was renamed.
I went drip white I could hardly breathe… My wife came in asking what was wrong I explained that I had deleted the hard drive and lost everything not just photos, contracts, books I wrote, manuals for my company, all the history of everything I had ever done.
I quickly Googled data recovery whilst my wife found my friend Jack Daniels, there were a few that came up some saying they were 24 hours, when I rang no answer. I came across R3 Data Recovery and they said they were 24 hours, I rang and a real person answered my call. The chap I spoke to calmed me down, asked what I had done and what I had done after. I had the insight to not try and do anything myself as well as do nothing else to the drive. He told me they have great success and a good track record. I explained to him that right now I had lost anything so any data recovery would be better than none.
I have now had the drive back for a week or so and I have not found any of the work that is missing. I have lost my honeymoon pictures, however I may have these on disc somewhere. I estimate the data recovery is about 85%-90% successful. I know there are things missing but it has allowed me to carry on seamlessly without any major issues. I have as of yet to have really missed something. There was a bit of a glitch with the lead that when I connected the drive to the computer it told me the drive had malfunctioned. They organised a pick up the next day and within three days I had a new lead and the data was there. I think all in all even with the lead issue the returned my data within the ten days they said.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do not go for anyone else nor attempt anything yourself just call these guys and leave it with them, They kept me very informed and have done a cracking job I am amazed… they exceeded my expectations, thankfully.
Thank you R3 Data Recovery
