Christmas & New Year shutdown cancelled
Christmas and New year shutdown of the lab has been cancelled due to the demands placed on R3 engineers dealing with the additional challenges presented by flood water contaminated platters and the corrosive effects of effluent on the electronics, all drives having to be treated as a bio hazard and decontaminated before being allowed into the main lab.
Only emergency data recovery cases are being processed whilst we assist those affected by the floods in Cumbria and Lancashire. Normal processing of cases continues but new budget data recovery cases will not commence until January 4th 2016
