They did a great job and were happy to explain the process to me in language I understood. I also got some extremely useful free advice about how to avoid this predicament in the future

My HDD failed meaning losing over 4 years of data. I emailed R3 and within the hour got a positive reply. The data was recovered and a replacement drive delivered back a few days later. Throughout the process I was kept informed of the status and would be pleased to recommend. Thanks Andy and team.
