R3 successfully recovered 850Go of data from my failed hard drive in about a month. This is the second time I have used R3 Data Recovery in 10 years. Both times full fast recovery and was kept well informed during all stages of the process. This time is was after the failure of a 1TB internal hard disk. Collection and return of disk/recovery media fast and reliable. Although I hope not to have to use their services again I wouldn't hesitate if necessary.
