R3 successfully recovered 850Go of data from my failed hard drive in about a month. At first I was sent a file list that was only showing about half of the content, which scared me, but after sending further details and explanation the team was able to find everything I wanted. Each step was clearly explained to me and the communication was great. It's not a cheap service but it's a huge relief for me to have everything back. Now I'm copying all my data on 3 different drives + Cloud.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. What absolutely legends they are. Not only did they recover all of my data from an completely dead hard drive which literally saved my business, but they also had all of the work (5TB) back to me within 6 days, literally driven to my door. This is the second time I have used R3 Data Recovery in 10 years. Both times full fast recovery and was kept well informed during all stages of the process. This time is was after the failure of a 1TB internal hard disk. Collection and return of disk/recovery media fast and reliable. Although I hope not to have to use their services again I wouldn't hesitate if necessary.

Spoke to Andy on Friday afternoon after all the files on my hdd were not accessible, he calmed me down and I dropped the disc in around tea time, Paul took a look and told me how the disc had failed and confirmed it should be possible to recover most if not all the data, and they would drop straight onto it. I received a list of recoverable files on Monday, paid the invoice which was actually slightly less than I was expecting and Tuesday lunchtime was able to collect the recovered data on a new hdd. Great service, reasonable costs and all my data was saved. Definitely recommend R3.

Great service, very helpful and honest. Got all my data back with regular updates and great communication. While princely it is definitely value for money - saved hours of work and worry
