Superb service from R3 Data Recovery. Having stupidly deleted an external drive of all my files I called and Andy was of invaluable help. He went through different options and advised me on the one that would probably be the best for the issue I had. 24 hours later I have all of my data back where it should be. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic service! E-mails were answered quickly and informatively, and the recovery team managed to get all of my data back for me in great time. I've learned my lesson about backing up my data but if anyone I know ever needs their data recovered, I'm absolutely going to send them this way.

Fortunately, they were able to do a geat job for me for me after a hardware failure inside a WD 2 terabyte external drive. The vast majority of files were recovered. The interaction with them was very good, they made no promises that they couldn't keep and were very swift in response. The cost of the work i found quite reasonable ( first and hopefully only time user!) - but then again it really depends on what value you put on your own threatened data (backed-up personal photos & work files).

R3 Data Recovery literally saved me. All data lost, and my current IT company couldn't help. They put me in contact with R3 Data Recovery, the next day they sent for the drive, and it took around 1 week to recover everything. They then sent it straight back and everything/all files was exactly how I had them before I had lost them. HUGE Relief, and extremely lovely friendly staff that put me at ease.
