Excellent service! Excellent professionals!

So after 20+ years of chancing my luck with no data backup my laptop one day wouldn't turn on. Slightly worried I bought another laptop and fitted the drive to transfer the data. But oh no that was dead. After looking around and reading reviews I messaged R3 late one Saturday night. 5 mins later I had a reply! Very professional and had all.my data recovered in the quoted time. I can't praise them highly enough. Of course I now have a nas drive and second backup of all my data.

The service provided was very good

I accidentally overwrote my Masters portfolio literature review. I rang R3 data retrieval in the morning and Andy was amazing and managed to retrieve it for me within the day. Best money I ever spent, excellent service and customer care. 10/10 would recommend.

Great team, extremely helpful! They recovered my failed drive several years ago, and were able to help me again when I mislaid the password to the recovery drive they sent me. From my first enquiry on their website everything was handled promptly and professionally. First I got an email acknowledgement so I knew they were aware of my enquiry. Then a call from an actual human being; Stewart Gemmill who talked me through my issues, clearly explained my options and costs and sorted collection there and then. Collection and return delivery happened exactly as and when I was told. I received detailed email updates on the progress of the recovery of my data. Courtesy call and emails to clarify points and I was happy with progress. Returned new drive is installed, working fine and I could not be happier. All happened well within their advertised turnaround time and done in friendly manner, not intimidated by their better knowledge and professionally. Did not judge me once - even though it was down to my error. R3 response and service far exceed my expectations and I could not be happier.
