Great team, extremely helpful! They recovered my failed drive several years ago, and were able to help me again when I mislaid the password to the recovery drive they sent me. My heart sank when my old 2GB flash drive 'died', knowing there was a lot of important and historical data on there. Advice from a family friend led me to R3 and I'm so glad I entrusted the recovery with them. The majority has been recovered with several corrupt files but I have the main ones I was hoping for! The service has been exceptional - extremely prompt response to my initial inquiry, excellent communication and customer service throughout, and organised collection and return of the drive. I shall learn by my mistake and make regular backups but I shall certainly know where to go if needed again! I can't thank the whole team enough.

Spoke to Andy on Friday afternoon after all the files on my hdd were not accessible, he calmed me down and I dropped the disc in around tea time, Paul took a look and told me how the disc had failed and confirmed it should be possible to recover most if not all the data, and they would drop straight onto it. I received a list of recoverable files on Monday, paid the invoice which was actually slightly less than I was expecting and Tuesday lunchtime was able to collect the recovered data on a new hdd. Great service, reasonable costs and all my data was saved. Definitely recommend R3.

Very knowledgeable and guided me with the process and sent back the drive with data as soon as they had retrieved it. My hard drive had photos of my children from when they were born and was extremely sentimental. I would recommend R3 to anyone in my situation.
