HIGHLY RECOMMEND. What absolutely legends they are. Not only did they recover all of my data from an completely dead hard drive which literally saved my business, but they also had all of the work (5TB) back to me within 6 days, literally driven to my door. They worked tirelessly day and night not leaving my drive and Andy was on hand no matter what the time to answer any of my questions, and calm me down when in tears and panicking. Much more than data recovery but in short, these are the people you need to go to if you have any hard drive issues - do not go to the manufacturers, you may end up with a new drive but no data!

R3 Data Recovery literally saved me. All data lost, and my current IT company couldn't help. They put me in contact with R3 Data Recovery, the next day they sent for the drive, and it took around 1 week to recover everything. The service was amazing. They collected my hard drive.. responded within a few hours for any queries. Very knowledgeable and guided me with the process and sent back the drive with data as soon as they had retrieved it. My hard drive had photos of my children from when they were born and was extremely sentimental. I would recommend R3 to anyone in my situation. Absolutely brilliant and bona fide company that does what is says in its company title. How important is your lost data to you??? Well if it means as much as it does to me and you are stupid enough to not have those back ups in place, then do not complain about the costs to recover them. Relatively speaking, was quite cheap considering there was 25 years worth of data recovered. I used my credit card on this failure on my part, but don't regret a single pound spent. Will and his team recovered the data from an old Linux system drive and put it onto a brand new one terabyte external hard drive for me ready to run under Windows. To all persons who need a reputable company and are trawling through various Google searches, this is the real deal and actually do their recovery on site.
