The service provided was very good

This is the second time I have used R3 Data Recovery in 10 years. Both times full fast recovery and was kept well informed during all stages of the process. This time is was after the failure of a 1TB internal hard disk. Collection and return of disk/recovery media fast and reliable. Although I hope not to have to use their services again I wouldn't hesitate if necessary.

Efficient-Rapid-Sucessful! I don't know how bad my external hard drive was but I know I needed the data recovered. I tried a local company and they were no help at all.
