R3 successfully recovered 850Go of data from my failed hard drive in about a month. At first I was sent a file list that was only showing about half of the content, which scared me, but after sending further details and explanation the team was able to find everything I wanted. Each step was clearly explained to me and the communication was great. It's not a cheap service but it's a huge relief for me to have everything back. Now I'm copying all my data on 3 different drives + Cloud.

From my first enquiry on their website everything was handled promptly and professionally. First I got an email acknowledgement so I knew they were aware of my enquiry. Then a call from an actual human being; Stewart Gemmill who talked me through my issues, clearly explained my options and costs and sorted collection there and then. My hard drive full of every family photo for the last 20 years died. It also contained every document I had saved in that time.
