My heart sank when my old 2GB flash drive 'died', knowing there was a lot of important and historical data on there. Advice from a family friend led me to R3 and I'm so glad I entrusted the recovery with them. The majority has been recovered with several corrupt files but I have the main ones I was hoping for! The service has been exceptional - extremely prompt response to my initial inquiry, excellent communication and customer service throughout, and organised collection and return of the drive. I shall learn by my mistake and make regular backups but I shall certainly know where to go if needed again! I can't thank the whole team enough.

Fantastic service when you find yourself in a dark place, they assisted quick efficient and without any hidden agenda ss other were trying to peddle, they saved my skin and is the first place I will go to if I find myself in this position again

Relieved to have the data back and the iPad apparently working. Early communication could have been more efficient but generally was ok. Greater clarity of file type - I expected something that could feed into Word or into my IPad. I was unaware that I needed another app to access the data.
