Fantastic service! E-mails were answered quickly and informatively, and the recovery team managed to get all of my data back for me in great time. I've learned my lesson about backing up my data but if anyone I know ever needs their data recovered, I'm absolutely going to send them this way.

I had an issue with a memory stick and lost 2 years' worth of designs. sent the damage stick to R3 and they recovered everything in less than 2 days. Fast and professional service, and was kept informed throughout the process.

My heart sank when my old 2GB flash drive 'died', knowing there was a lot of important and historical data on there. Advice from a family friend led me to R3 and I'm so glad I entrusted the recovery with them. The majority has been recovered with several corrupt files but I have the main ones I was hoping for! The service has been exceptional - extremely prompt response to my initial inquiry, excellent communication and customer service throughout, and organised collection and return of the drive. Efficient-Rapid-Sucessful! I don't know how bad my external hard drive was but I know I needed the data recovered. I tried a local company and they were no help at all. These guys had the job sussed in a matter of days and a cost-effective proposal that suited me perfectly. Once agreed, the job was completed quickly and I'm back in touch with all my data. So after 20+ years of chancing my luck with no data backup my laptop one day wouldn't turn on. Slightly worried I bought another laptop and fitted the drive to transfer the data. But oh no that was dead. After looking around and reading reviews I messaged R3 late one Saturday night. 5 mins later I had a reply! Very professional and had all.my data recovered in the quoted time. I can't praise them highly enough. Of course I now have a nas drive and second backup of all my data.
