So after 20+ years of chancing my luck with no data backup my laptop one day wouldn't turn on. Slightly worried I bought another laptop and fitted the drive to transfer the data. My heart sank when my old 2GB flash drive 'died', knowing there was a lot of important and historical data on there. Advice from a family friend led me to R3 and I'm so glad I entrusted the recovery with them. The majority has been recovered with several corrupt files but I have the main ones I was hoping for! The service has been exceptional - extremely prompt response to my initial inquiry, excellent communication and customer service throughout, and organised collection and return of the drive. I shall learn by my mistake and make regular backups but I shall certainly know where to go if needed again! I can't thank the whole team enough.
