R3 successfully recovered 850Go of data from my failed hard drive in about a month. At first I was sent a file list that was only showing about half of the content, which scared me, but after sending further details and explanation the team was able to find everything I wanted. Each step was clearly explained to me and the communication was great. It's not a cheap service but it's a huge relief for me to have everything back. Now I'm copying all my data on 3 different drives + Cloud.

This is the second time I have used R3 Data Recovery in 10 years. Both times full fast recovery and was kept well informed during all stages of the process. This time is was after the failure of a 1TB internal hard disk. Collection and return of disk/recovery media fast and reliable. Although I hope not to have to use their services again I wouldn't hesitate if necessary.

A competent company with passionate experts who bend backwards to help people. I had a terrible experience with Fields Data Recovery who were misleading, negligent and took a substantial amount of money from me (that I'm still trying to get back) despite knowing that my MacBook hard drive was unsalvageable. I got a second opinion and came across Andy from R3 Data Recovery who were enlightened me on how many people Fields Data Recovery to this to. They take your money and make no effort to do any work or make any contact with you. Andy at R3 Data Recovery conducted a review of Fields R&D Technical report issued by Fields Head of R&D and the communications with Fields Data Recovery Head of European Sales. Andy has confirmed with me that there has either been a very serious mistake in the ISO 9001 / 27001 processing of your case by Fields Associates or a deliberate and designed deception to take money under false pretence. Again, this has happened to a lot of people. Andy is assisting with the refund and has been in communication with the Directors of Fields Associates and the local MP for Bridgend Dr Jamie Wallis who is the owner of Fields and one of the past experts in Fields Data Recovery still showing on the website. Disclaimer: I have not been asked to leave this review. R3 Data Recovery have been so helpful in trying to me after this ordeal. I would really recommend them.

Worked hard in recovering my important date

Fortunately, they were able to do a geat job for me for me after a hardware failure inside a WD 2 terabyte external drive. The vast majority of files were recovered. The interaction with them was very good, they made no promises that they couldn't keep and were very swift in response. The cost of the work i found quite reasonable ( first and hopefully only time user!) - but then again it really depends on what value you put on your own threatened data (backed-up personal photos & work files).

Thank you SO much for your great work in recovering my data from my USB memory stick. I had no recent backup (I know!!) and a lot of very valuable files which would have taken hours to rewrite. From the moment I spoke to Will, I began to have hope. No false promises, clear outline of costs, timescales and possible outcomes. Fortunately, I was one of the 97% "lucky" ones.
