R3 Data Recovery literally saved me. All data lost, and my current IT company couldn't help. They put me in contact with R3 Data Recovery, the next day they sent for the drive, and it took around 1 week to recover everything. They then sent it straight back and everything/all files was exactly how I had them before I had lost them. HUGE Relief, and extremely lovely friendly staff that put me at ease. DEFINIETLY recommend!!

My heart sank when my old 2GB flash drive 'died', knowing there was a lot of important and historical data on there. Advice from a family friend led me to R3 and I'm so glad I entrusted the recovery with them. The majority has been recovered with several corrupt files but I have the main ones I was hoping for! The service has been exceptional - extremely prompt response to my initial inquiry, excellent communication and customer service throughout, and organised collection and return of the drive. I shall learn by my mistake and make regular backups but I shall certainly know where to go if needed again! I can't thank the whole team enough.

This is the second time I have used R3 Data Recovery in 10 years. Both times full fast recovery and was kept well informed during all stages of the process. This time is was after the failure of a 1TB internal hard disk. Collection and return of disk/recovery media fast and reliable. Although I hope not to have to use their services again I wouldn't hesitate if necessary.

From my first enquiry on their website everything was handled promptly and professionally. First I got an email acknowledgement so I knew they were aware of my enquiry. Then a call from an actual human being; Stewart Gemmill who talked me through my issues, clearly explained my options and costs and sorted collection there and then. Collection and return delivery happened exactly as and when I was told. I received detailed email updates on the progress of the recovery of my data. Courtesy call and emails to clarify points and I was happy with progress. Returned new drive is installed, working fine and I could not be happier. All happened well within their advertised turnaround time and done in friendly manner, not intimidated by their better knowledge and professionally. Did not judge me once - even though it was down to my error. R3 response and service far exceed my expectations and I could not be happier. The service was amazing. They collected my hard drive.. responded within a few hours for any queries. Very knowledgeable and guided me with the process and sent back the drive with data as soon as they had retrieved it. My hard drive had photos of my children from when they were born and was extremely sentimental. I would recommend R3 to anyone in my situation.
