These guys were really professional and straight forward. Highly recommend their service if you have old hard drives that you think have died and need resurrecting

Fortunately, they were able to do a geat job for me for me after a hardware failure inside a WD 2 terabyte external drive. The vast majority of files were recovered. The interaction with them was very good, they made no promises that they couldn't keep and were very swift in response. The cost of the work i found quite reasonable ( first and hopefully only time user!) - but then again it really depends on what value you put on your own threatened data (backed-up personal photos & work files).

My heart sank when my old 2GB flash drive 'died', knowing there was a lot of important and historical data on there. Advice from a family friend led me to R3 and I'm so glad I entrusted the recovery with them. The majority has been recovered with several corrupt files but I have the main ones I was hoping for! The service has been exceptional - extremely prompt response to my initial inquiry, excellent communication and customer service throughout, and organised collection and return of the drive. I shall learn by my mistake and make regular backups but I shall certainly know where to go if needed again! I can't thank the whole team enough.

Amazing service. Don’t waste money and make matters worse by purchasing online options or software. These guys will sort it, if it’s at all possible. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A competent company with passionate experts who bend backwards to help people. I had a terrible experience with Fields Data Recovery who were misleading, negligent and took a substantial amount of money from me (that I'm still trying to get back) despite knowing that my MacBook hard drive was unsalvageable. I got a second opinion and came across Andy from R3 Data Recovery who were enlightened me on how many people Fields Data Recovery to this to. They take your money and make no effort to do any work or make any contact with you. Andy at R3 Data Recovery conducted a review of Fields R&D Technical report issued by Fields Head of R&D and the communications with Fields Data Recovery Head of European Sales. Andy has confirmed with me that there has either been a very serious mistake in the ISO 9001 / 27001 processing of your case by Fields Associates or a deliberate and designed deception to take money under false pretence. Again, this has happened to a lot of people. Andy is assisting with the refund and has been in communication with the Directors of Fields Associates and the local MP for Bridgend Dr Jamie Wallis who is the owner of Fields and one of the past experts in Fields Data Recovery still showing on the website. Fantastic service when you find yourself in a dark place, they assisted quick efficient and without any hidden agenda ss other were trying to peddle, they saved my skin and is the first place I will go to if I find myself in this position again
