R3 successfully recovered 850Go of data from my failed hard drive in about a month. At first I was sent a file list that was only showing about half of the content, which scared me, but after sending further details and explanation the team was able to find everything I wanted. Each step was clearly explained to me and the communication was great. It's not a cheap service but it's a huge relief for me to have everything back. Now I'm copying all my data on 3 different drives + Cloud.

So after 20+ years of chancing my luck with no data backup my laptop one day wouldn't turn on. Slightly worried I bought another laptop and fitted the drive to transfer the data.
