So after 20+ years of chancing my luck with no data backup my laptop one day wouldn't turn on. Slightly worried I bought another laptop and fitted the drive to transfer the data. But oh no that was dead. After looking around and reading reviews I messaged R3 late one Saturday night. 5 mins later I had a reply!
