expensive but value for money

From my first enquiry on their website everything was handled promptly and professionally. First I got an email acknowledgement so I knew they were aware of my enquiry. Then a call from an actual human being; Stewart Gemmill who talked me through my issues, clearly explained my options and costs and sorted collection there and then. Collection and return delivery happened exactly as and when I was told. I received detailed email updates on the progress of the recovery of my data. Courtesy call and emails to clarify points and I was happy with progress. Returned new drive is installed, working fine and I could not be happier. All happened well within their advertised turnaround time and done in friendly manner, not intimidated by their better knowledge and professionally. Did not judge me once - even though it was down to my error. R3 response and service far exceed my expectations and I could not be happier. I would recommend them to friends and colleagues in a heartbeat and I am quite happy to have my name and comments shared by R3. Thank you!

R3 successfully recovered 850Go of data from my failed hard drive in about a month. At first I was sent a file list that was only showing about half of the content, which scared me, but after sending further details and explanation the team was able to find everything I wanted. Each step was clearly explained to me and the communication was great. It's not a cheap service but it's a huge relief for me to have everything back. Now I'm copying all my data on 3 different drives + Cloud.

Absolutely brilliant and bona fide company that does what is says in its company title. How important is your lost data to you??? Well if it means as much as it does to me and you are stupid enough to not have those back ups in place, then do not complain about the costs to recover them. Relatively speaking, was quite cheap considering there was 25 years worth of data recovered. I used my credit card on this failure on my part, but don't regret a single pound spent. Will and his team recovered the data from an old Linux system drive and put it onto a brand new one terabyte external hard drive for me ready to run under Windows. To all persons who need a reputable company and are trawling through various Google searches, this is the real deal and actually do their recovery on site.
