Excellent service.

Thank you SO much for your great work in recovering my data from my USB memory stick. I had no recent backup (I know!!) and a lot of very valuable files which would have taken hours to rewrite. From the moment I spoke to Will, I began to have hope. No false promises, clear outline of costs, timescales and possible outcomes. Fortunately, I was one of the 97% "lucky" ones. All but 13 (unimportant) files restored and returned to me within 48 hours. So pleased I found you!! THANK YOU just doesn't do it really. Can only recommend you at every possible opportunity. x

My hard drive full of every family photo for the last 20 years died. It also contained every document I had saved in that time. A hard drive full of very sentimental files such as photos of my children being born. Devastated at the prospect of losing all of this data, I set about finding a recovery service. So many providers had patchy reviews and didn't look legit until I came across R3. The service was very smooth and 99.9% of my data was recovered. Just 12 files could not be recovered out of 77,000!

R3 were not only very knowledgable about Data Recovery; they also had very good customer service, giving us regular updates about the progress and 'holding our hands' through what could have been a very stressful time for our business.

Relieved to have the data back and the iPad apparently working. Early communication could have been more efficient but generally was ok. Greater clarity of file type - I expected something that could feed into Word or into my IPad. I was unaware that I needed another app to access the data.

Great team, extremely helpful! They recovered my failed drive several years ago, and were able to help me again when I mislaid the password to the recovery drive they sent me. Stuart took the time while I was on the phone to make sure the password was correct and that the drive would open, and it worked first try! Live savers!

From my first enquiry on their website everything was handled promptly and professionally. First I got an email acknowledgement so I knew they were aware of my enquiry. Then a call from an actual human being; Stewart Gemmill who talked me through my issues, clearly explained my options and costs and sorted collection there and then. Collection and return delivery happened exactly as and when I was told. I received detailed email updates on the progress of the recovery of my data. Courtesy call and emails to clarify points and I was happy with progress. Returned new drive is installed, working fine and I could not be happier. All happened well within their advertised turnaround time and done in friendly manner, not intimidated by their better knowledge and professionally. Did not judge me once - even though it was down to my error. R3 response and service far exceed my expectations and I could not be happier. I would recommend them to friends and colleagues in a heartbeat and I am quite happy to have my name and comments shared by R3. Thank you!

Excellent communication during the whole process. Was even able to have my device collected from my house and taken to the lab on the same day so the engineers could get started. All files recovered within 24 hours, couldn't be more grateful.
