Collection and return delivery happened exactly as and when I was told. I received detailed email updates on the progress of the recovery of my data. Courtesy call and emails to clarify points and I was happy with progress. Returned new drive is installed, working fine and I could not be happier. All happened well within their advertised turnaround time and done in friendly manner, not intimidated by their better knowledge and professionally. So after 20+ years of chancing my luck with no data backup my laptop one day wouldn't turn on. Slightly worried I bought another laptop and fitted the drive to transfer the data.
