At R3 data recovery once the process of diagnosing and then recovery of a customer's device is over we are left with a clone hard drive. This a stable replica of the damaged device for us to then extract the data and store securely of our servers.

Here at R3 Data Recovery after data has been sent back to the customer, we keep the image of the failed and damaged disk for 10 working days, just incase the customer has any problems or issues that can only be resolved with the image of their storage device. After 10 working days the image drive is wiped sector by sector so there is no possible way of getting the data back.
